Fifth Annual Young At Heart Harvest Dinner

Saturday, November 3rd; 5:30 pm

The Holy Apostles Young at Heart is wrapping up its 5th successful social season by hosting a Harvest Dinner and invite ALL to attend!  If you choose, begin the evening by attending 4:30 pm Mass, after which you will stroll downstairs to Lofy Hall for a delicious dinner catered by Rupena’s!  Our mouthwatering buffet includes Rupena’s famous spit-roasted chicken, Black Angus Tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes & gravy, green bean almondine, golden rolls, dessert and beverages.

But wait - there is more!  After dinner you will enjoy music, compliments of Roger Boll, including songs from the 1920s though 1970s.  Reservations are required and space is limited so don’t delay in contacting Polly Oldenburg to reserve your spot. An evening with dinner and music all for only $20! Please make checks payable to Holy Apostles and write in the memo "Harvest Dinner." Registration deadline is Monday, October 29th. Remember everyone is welcome, all ages and religious affiliations, so be sure to extend the invitation to family & friends!

Memorial Prayer Service

Sunday, November 4th; 3:00 pm

The Holy Apostles Bereavement Ministry invites you, your family, and your friends to a Memorial Prayer Service to honor the memory of your loved ones on Sunday, November 4th at 3 pm. Refreshment and fellowship will follow the prayer service in Lofy Hall.  You are welcome to bring a picture of your loved one to be displayed.  Please contact Blessie Nance at bnance@hanb.org or (262) 754-0167 with questions.

New Berlin Food Pantry Fund Raising Event

Saturday, November 10th, 6 pm

Join us for an evening of Wine & Beer Tasting to raise money for the New Berlin Food Pantry on Saturday, November 10th, 6:00-9:00 pm at the New Berlin Community Center. In addition, there will be food sampling, cider tasting, raffle baskets and silent auctions. Auction items include Packer apparel, Milwaukee Admirals tickets, ham baskets and more. Bring two non-perishable food items for the Food Pantry and be entered in a special raffle. Designated Driver tickets also available.

A Litany of Remembrance

Friday, November 16th, 2018; 7:50 am Mass

Saints live among us today as well as with Christ in heaven. We would like to remember those who have passed away and stand before Jesus. We will have a Litany of Remembrance during our all school Mass on Friday, November 16th. 

Please submit the name of your loved ones to Mrs. Kathy Coxey (Kcoxey@hanb.org) by Friday, November 4th. 

The Archdiocesan Choir in Concert

Saturday, November 17th, 7 pm at Holy Apostles

This choir, serving as song leaders for events when the Archbishop is presiding for Ordinations, Rites of Election, Chrism Mass, and other special events when he is representing the entire Archdiocese, will be performing at Holy Apostles. Our Mission Director for Pastoral Music, Jeffrey Honoré, has been the director of this group for 25 years.

This is his last year and his last concert with this choir.  Please invite all to come enjoy this cornucopia of music featuring the voice of God’s people singing of his faithfulness and love. A free-will offering for the choir will be taken.

Holy Apostles Children's Choir Info

After a great inaugural year, children’s choir has resumed at Holy Apostles for the 2018-19 season! This choir provides children with a way to develop their appreciation of music and its role in our worship, as well as enhance our community’s services with their musical gifts.

Bakers Needed!

All desserts at the Fish Fry are graciously donated.  If you would like to contribute, please click on the below and sign up to bring or supply a dessert for the fish fry.  


Please note: do not pre-cut and desserts made in full pans.


Cod/baked or breaded, shrimp, choice of French fries or parsley potatoes, coleslaw, applesauce, rye bread, coffee or milk, and homemade dessert.  (Beer and soda available for purchase)

Calling All Volunteers - The Holy Apostles Fish Fry Needs Your Help!

Many groups work together to make each fish fry a success!

Volunteer activities include:

Preparation—Works in the kitchen or in the gym setting tables or doing other food preparation procedures.

Serving—Works during the fish fry 4-7PM serving food or beverage items.

Frying—Works in the kitchen manning the fryers during the fish fry.

Clean Up—Works with a crew to clean the kitchen, store tables and chairs and return the gym to its usual condition.

Help Provide a Meal

We're dedicated to providing meals to the Hebron House supported programs serving the homeless men in Waukesha County. 

Our parish is providing meals eight times a month on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  These meals need to feed 16 to 18 adult men.  Volunteers prepare a meal at home, deliver the meal around 6 pm and greet the men that are there.
