Saturday, October 21st, 7:00 pm, Church

On Saturday October 21st at 7 pm in church, our Contemporary Music Ministry (CMM) ensemble will present a concert featuring popular and new praise and worship music we've presented over the past 3 years.  This 75 minute program is our first solo concert and we are please that all our members will be present to share their gifts as soloists and as a group. Some songs include:  Matt Redman's “Blessed Be Your Name”; Tom Booth's “Fragrance Prayer”; “Find Us Ready”; and Aaron Thompson's “Salt”.  Come and enjoy and support our 11:15 am musicians in this special setting.

NEW! Holy Apostles Children’s Choir

We are excited to announce that this fall, we will be forming a children’s choir at Holy Apostles! This choir will provide children with a way to develop their appreciation of music and its role in our worship, as well as enhance our community’s services with their musical gifts.

Who can Participate?

· The choir will be open to any children in the parish (including but not limited to those in faith formation and in our grade school).Music.png

· Children’s choir members should be in 5K through 8th grade. (Note: If your child is unable to read, please be prepared to do a little extra practicing with him/her at home to help him/her memorize song lyrics.)

· Children older than 8th grade who are interested in music ministry should contact Jeff Honoré, jhonore@hanb.org, to discuss opportunities.

What’s the Schedule?

Children’s choir will begin with a rehearsal on Sunday, Oct. 22nd. Members of the children’s choir will sing at Mass once per month and have one additional rehearsal beyond that each month (for a total commitment of two Sundays per month).

Help Provide a Meal

We're dedicated to providing meals to the Hebron House supported programs serving the homeless men in Waukesha County.

Our parish is providing meals eight times a month on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  These meals need to feed 16 to 18 adult men.  Volunteers prepare a meal at home, deliver the meal around 6 pm and greet the men that are there.
