Christian Formation Fee Policies

No one is denied participation in a program due to financial difficulties or inability to pay. Individual circumstances are handled through the pastor and director of the program. Please contact them if such needs arise.

Fees are to be paid in full at time of registration, payable to Holy Apostles Parish thru the Christian Formation Office.

Families with fees due will be billed as necessary.

Your completed registration reserves a place for your child's participation in the programs. No refunds given. Extenuating circumstances considered upon written request and at the determination of the director.

Programs that cannot accommodate participants due to lack of volunteer help will be canceled or adapted as necessary. Participants will be notified accordingly.
