Confirmation

 High School Youth, Grades 10-12

 * Two years of Christian Youth Formation or theology class in Catholic high school immediately preceding the entrance to the Confirmation Program for those being confirmed in the Spring of 2012.

This program seeks to provide an intense year of prayer, study, sharing, and service for the young person who must be at least 16 years of age, willing to complete the sacraments of initiation in the Catholic Church. The program consists of: 8 small group sessions, to be held in the confirmation catechist's home at a time to be determined by the members in the group, 3 large group sessions throughout the year, Tuesday evenings, 7:00 - 9:00 pm in Lofy Hall. Liturgical service commitment and community service commitment. A weekend retreat on January 13-15, 2012 OR January 27-29, 2012 and the Rite of Confirmation - late April or early May of 2012.

Registration
Informational parent and youth meeting in May. Registration forms will be provided at the meeting. The program begins in May. There will be no fall registrations.

Fee
$115.00 for the program and an additional $125 for retreat (includes meals and transportation).
