Getting Involved - Administration

Building & Grounds

Assists and in the ongoing planning for the maintenance of parish buildings and grounds and capital improvement projects; Becomes involved in projects as appropriate.

Finance

Assists in the oversight and review of parish financial procedures to insure appropriate internal controls; prepares a balanced annual parish budget including capital projects; reviews monthly financial reports; makes strategic financial recommendations for the well-being of the parish.

Office Support

Supports the parish staff with the basic administrative support which could include collation, stapling, mass mailings, bulletin stuffing, phone calls and calligraphy.

Parish Council 

Provides advice and counsel to the Pastor for the ongoing growth and development of the Parish.

Technology

Develops policies and procedures for obtaining, implementing and using today and tomorrow’s technology in the operation of the parish and school.

Web Ministry

Assists in developing strategies and practices to use the web to promote the parish mission and ministries.
