Getting Involved - Parish Life and Stewardship 

To get involved in any of these opportunities, please contact Jennifer Flanagan (262-786-4086).

Fellowship Sunday

 Coordinates the monthly Fellowship Breakfast the fourth Sunday of the month September – May.

Festival

Set-up/Take Down - Works with a crew to set-up and take down tables, chairs, booths and whatever else is needed to make the festival run.

Grounds Crew - Works with a crew to keep the grounds neat and clean during the festival and clean up in the evening in preparation for the next day’s events.

Tent Worker -Works in one of the many various tents or areas at the festival: games, bingo, food, bake sale, rummage, crafts and beer tent.

Phone Contact - Makes phone calls to prearranged volunteers to assign them to specific areas during the festival.

TLC (Tender Loving Crafts) - Makes and donates craft items for the festival craft booth.

Fish Fry Monthly basis September-May

Phone Calling - Makes phone calls for workers using a prearranged list for the fish fry.

AM Set-up - Works in the kitchen or in the gym setting tables or doing other food preparation procedures.

Serving - Works during the fish fry 4-7PM serving food or beverage items.

Clean Up—Cleans the kitchen, stores tables and chairs and returns the gym to its usual condition. 

Holy Name -  Invites men to come together for fellowship and growth in faith; Provides religious and social events for the parish.

Hospitality 

Provides baked goods, treats, snacks or meals for other parish ministries.

 New Member Welcoming 

Assists in welcoming people into the parish through registration, a monthly fellowship breakfast and engaging them in parish life.

Parish Newsletter 

Creates a quarterly parish newsletter.

Parish Advancement 

Engages people in the life of the parish and raises the financial resources necessary to sustain the parish mission.

VISTA 

Provides individuals and families an annual four-day summer retreat and a range of faith-building, social and service activities throughout the year. Read More

Boy Scouts 

Provides an educational program for boys and young adult males to build character.

Cub Scouts

Provides an educational program for boys in the parish 2nd through 5thgrade.

Girl Scouts 

Provides positive living values and experiences through a variety of activities for girls Kindergarten through 8th grade.
