Holy Apostles School - New Berlin, Wisconsin

4th Quarter Highlights

The Holy Apostles student body had an exciting fourth quarter!

  • Our students attended a number of year-end field trips. Below are just a few exciting field trips from our final quarter:The 8th grade class went to Washington D.C. and saw many historic sites such as the Lincoln Memorial, the Capitol Building. The White House & the JFK Performing Arts Center. This was an outstanding trip for our 8th graders from start to finish.   The 7th and 2nd grade classes went to Animal Gardens. Our 5th graders field trip was at the Horowitz Wildlife Preserve. Our 5K classes went bowling!Holy Apostles School hosted their 4th annual High Interest Day. Many wonderful business’s, parents, & teachers donated their time, talents and resources. Their enthusiasm and gracious efforts made this day a huge success. The 8th grade graduation was a blessed event that took place at our church. Congratulations to all of these students and best wishes as you continue your education.

  • Each year, through the Legacy Project, our 8th graders raised money to return a gift to the school. This year they hosted a craft fair at Catholic Memorial, which raised over $1,800.00. With this money they will install a new sign overtop the north gym entrance, a new American flag to fly over our school, two trees will be planted in front of the school, and large photographs depicting our students demonstrating faith, knowledge, and service as part of a new look for the hallways in 2008. Thank you!

  • Our Middle-School Faith A Thon team was involved in an annual event in May. This group of students had studied for months on all kinds of Catholic knowledge. The event had numerous individual competitions culminating in a “Jeopardy” showdown-style championship. Congratulations to our team, which took Second place. We can be proud of the religious knowledge skills our team displayed.  6) Finally, our Mileage Club had another successful year of staying active and walking many miles this year. Special thanks to our volunteers for their time, encouragement, and braving all weather conditions in order for our students to stay healthy & active this past year.7) On behalf of our school, thanks for stopping at our very first school booth at our Parish Festival. The booth was a great success for promoting our school. Thank you again to the city New Berlin residents and all of our surrounding communities who attended our festival!
