Tuition Information
The tuition each family pays is only a portion of the total per pupil cost. The balance is paid through the parish subsidy to the school. Parents are encouraged to be prompt in meeting payment obligations, and generous in contributions to the parish.

Payments will be made to the School as you have chosen on your Tuition Agreement:
Option #1 - Payment in full due by August 22.
Option #2 - Payment in two installments due August 22 and January 15
Option #3 - Payment in four installments due August 22, November 15, January 15, and March 15.
Option #4 - Automatic payments in monthly installments starting June 1.
Other Fees
| Registration Fee | A non-refundable fee of $75 per returning/$100 per new family is required at time of registration. |
| 4K Fee | A non-refundable fee of $150 is due in May. This fee also includes materials, health room fee, and most consumable supplies. |
| K5 Half-day Fee | A non-refundable fee of $205 is due in May. This fee includes book bill, health room fee, most consumable supplies, and High Interest Day. |
| K5 Full day Fee | A non-refundable fee of $250 is due in May. This fee includes book bill, health room fee, most consumable supplies, and High Interest Day. |
| Book/Education Fee | A fee of $155 per child in grades 1 through 8 is due in May. This fee includes book bill, health room fee, most consumable supplies, and High Interest Day. |
| Playground Fee | A fee of $50 per family is required. |
| Lab Fee | This fee is $35 and is applicable only to grades 6, 7 & 8. It is due August 25, 2006. |
| Late Fee | A late fee of $25 will be charged on each payment past due more than 10 days where no communication or extra-ordinary arrangement had been made with the principal or the pastor. If parents fail to meet their financial obligation to the School, their child/ren may be denied admission to Holy Apostles School for the following semester or school year. |
TUITION ASSISTANCE
No child should be denied a Catholic education due to limited funds. At Holy Apostles funds have been set aside to help those in need of financial assistance. An Application For Tuition Assistance form will be available in the school office upon request. These applications will be submitted to the pastor to assist him in discussions with families requesting tuition assistance. (Adopted, 5/96)
