DISCIPLESHIP
Faith is not one size fits all. Jesus came so that we can have our own personal relationship with Him! Youth Discipleship creates opportunities for teens to discover who Jesus is and how to develop that relationship. Growth happens through prayer, service, and small group interactions. Teens will have a chance to ask questions about their faith and learn how to live out their mission of being a disciple of Jesus Christ.

MIDDLE SCHOOL (6-8)
YOUTH DISCIPLESHIP
Youth in 6th-8th Grade are invited to join us to grow in community, faith, and discipleship. Middle School Youth nights include social time, prayer, scripture, small group discussions and activities, service, and prayer experiences. Together we explore our faith and how it applies to Middle School Youth. Youth discuss topics of today and discover how to navigate their world as a disciple of Christ through a rotating curriculum that includes the Bible, the Church, Prayer, and Catholic Social Teaching to name a few.
Come join us! Middle School Youth Ministry meets twice per month on Wednesday nights from 6:15- 7:30 pm in Lofy Hall from September 2025 to May 2026. Come early to enjoy socializing and snacks from 5:45-6:15. Registration is required. The fee is $90 per youth.

A Parent Meeting will be August 6, 2025, in the Welcome Center from 6:00-7:00.p.m
The Youth Discipleship program needs volunteers to help support the program, activities, and experiences that we want to offer our youth. Please consider sharing your gift of time and faith with our parish youth by volunteering. This is a fantastic opportunity to be energized and amazed by their spirit and to share your faith!

HIGH SCHOOL (9-10)
YOUTH DISCIPLESHIP
High School is such an exciting time for teens as they start to take ownership of their faith. High School Youth Discipleship is here to help your teen find a path to walk with Jesus by their side. Youth are guided through the practice of our faith and develop habits of discipleship. We grow in community through prayer, scripture, small group discussions, and service. We also offer opportunities to join other Catholic youth from around the state and country through events like the Wisconsin Catholic Youth Rally and the National Catholic Youth Conference.
9th Grade High School Youth Discipleship
Youth in 9th grade will meet on Sunday nights from 6:15 - 7:30pm from October to May. Fee is $80 per youth. Note: This is considered a prerequisite and their first year of Confirmation Prep for youth attending a public high school.15 hours of community service is also required.
10th Grade High School Youth Discipleship and Confirmation Preparation
Youth in 10th grade who attend public high school begin Confirmation preparation in the month of October and meet twice per month from October to May. Youth in 10th grade who attend a Catholic high school have an opportunity to begin Confirmation preparation in January and participate in small groups once per month.

Confirmation Requirements
All Confirmation candidates are required to complete 15 hours of community service, 5 online Candidate and Sponsor activities, and a 2-day overnight retreat. For more details on Confirmation Preparation, please click here. Registration and prerequisites are required. Fee is $210 per youth.

HIGH SCHOOL (11-12)YOUTH DISCIPLESHIP
Youth who have been Confirmed or will be Confirmed in October 2024 are invited to continue their faith journey together once a month through small groups discussion, service, and other planned events. Focus will be on discovering their gifts and opening to how they are being called to share their gifts within their families, friends, school, and faith communities. We will meet Sunday evenings throughout the year in the Lofy Hall starting in September 2024- May 2025 from 6:15-7:30. Come early to enjoy snacks and socializing from 5:45-6:15. Fee is $80 per youth.

HOLY APOSTLES ATHLETICS
GRADES 5-8
All 5-8th graders registered in Holy Apostles Middle School Youth Discipleship or Family Discipleship are also eligible to participate in the Holy Apostles Athletic Program. Our Athletic Program offers volleyball, basketball, and track.
