Our Telecoil System at Holy Apostles
Help: What Does a Telecoil System Do?
A Telecoil system uses Bluetooth technology to deliver the speaker's message directly to your ears without the need to increase sound levels.

How Can I Utilize Holy Apostles' Telecoil Sound System in Church Seating Areas, Crying Rooms, Front Balcony Section, and Carpeted Areas of the Welcome Center?

To use the Telecoil system with your hearing aids:
-
On Your Smartphone:
-
Download your hearing aid's app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
-
Fully charge your hearing aid batteries.
-
Turn off each hearing aid, wait 30 seconds, and go to your phone's settings.
-
Turn on both hearing aids, then go to Bluetooth/Connected Devices. Place both aids near the phone and click "Add Device."
-
Once paired, the devices will appear on your screen.
-
-
Using Your Hearing Aid's Telecoil Program:
Alternatively:
-
Turn on the hearing aid program on your Smartphone at the start of the event and return to normal settings when it ends.
-
If you're purchasing new hearing aids, make sure they include Telecoil technology.
