
ADMINISTRATION
Pastoral Council
Provides advice and counsel to the pastor in planning for the spiritual growth of the parish. Members include nine representatives selected by the parish and three ex-officio members, i.e. two trustees and the pastor. Three new members are selected annually for a three-year term. Trustees are selected for two-year terms. Meets monthly.
Finance Council
Provides advice and guidance to the pastor in the administration of the parish assets, approves the parish budget, reviews financial statements, and monitors the financial condition of the parish including regular financial reviews and internal financial controls. Members include the trustee-treasurer, two representatives from the Pastoral Council, and four members appointed by the pastor. Meets 6 times a year.
Mission Communications Ministry
Promotes our mission as a church to...Love God. Love Others. Transform Our World. Assist in the development of communication strategies and the implementation of plans to build awareness of and engagement in our mission as a church. Ministry meetings on the 4th Monday of the month from 6:30 - 8:00pm. In addition, varied time commitment to a particular project or launch.
Building and Grounds
Provides a safe, secure, clean and hospitable environment for parishioners, students, staff and visitors to Love God, Love Others and Transform Our World. Building & Grounds Ministry meets monthly from August through May. This area also includes several sub ministries which are: Landscaping, Cemetery, Cemetery Expansion, Gym Floor, Capital Improvements, Handy People for Others & St. Joseph's Tool Chest.
