Assists in welcoming people into the parish as they register and after, supporting the new parishioner as they enter into the parish community. Support of parishioner is ongoing for up to a year, and ministry meetings take place 4-5 times per year.

Assists with the annual weekend festival held in June on the Holy Apostles grounds. Leadership roles are available in all areas including set up, games, rides, food tent, beer tent, raffles, bingo, rummage, bake sale, dinners, crafts, prize acquisition, sponsorship, soda, and tear down. Volunteers are also needed to work shifts the weekend of the festival. There will be sign-ups for these volunteers several weeks before the festival. Area leadership meets one time per month from January to June. Time requirement festival weekend depends on the area.
