1st Eucharist Retreat

​

To bring children and families closer to the true meaning and presence of the Eucharist through learning stations. Facilitate children and families at stations for reflection based on the provided lesson.

To give children and families a better understanding of the Sacrament of Reconciliation through learning stations. Facilitate children and parents in reflection about grace and forgiveness through learning stations with provided lessons.

Vacation Bible School

​

A fun-filled week of Bible learning and fun for preschool - 5th grade. This 3-hour program takes place one week in July and includes praying, scripture, praise and worship, crafts, games and more! Volunteers serve in various roles throughout the week.

Elizabeth Ministry

Provides Christian support for the joys, challenges and sorrows of the childbearing years. Our mission is to cherish children, encourage families and build community. This ministry reaches out to families of new infants and meets monthly September to May.

Vista

Provides individuals and families an annual four-day summer retreat and a range of faith building, social and service activities throughout the year.

Marriage Preparation

Guides engaged couples through an assessment tool that is created to foster open communication and help them to better evaluate their readiness for marriage by welcoming them into one’s home and facilitating the FOCCUS process (Facilitating Open Couple Communication, Understanding, and Study). Meets 1-2 times with an engaged couple in your home. Meets with 1-3 engaged couples in a year.

Home and School

​

Fosters effective communication and cooperation between parents, educators, staff and the community; support the spiritual and educational mission of the home and school; provide well-planned programs/activities of information and interest to parents and students; promote the advancement of Catholic Education; and conduct fundraising projects to financially assist phases of the educational process as needed.

 

Coordinator: Leads in organizing and carrying out plans for specific areas during the course of the school year. Coordinator roles exist in the areas of: parent activities, student activities, appreciation, family friendly, high interest or service day, hospitality, special events, volunteers, and fundraising. Six meetings per year (1 ½ to2 hours per meeting).

School Volunteer

​

Supports and enhances the teachings and efforts of school staff by assisting in classrooms, lunchroom, playground, office, or with “at home” projects. Great flexibility based on your availability.

Catholic Youth Ministry Sports

Provides an opportunity for youth grades 9 - 12 to participate in basketball and volleyball.

​

Coordinator:  Serves as liaison between Mission Director of Youth Ministry, Safeguarding Coordinator, coaches, parents and players. Collects and submits all paperwork to parish and Archdiocese as necessary.

 

Coach: Participates as a coach or chaperone for girls’ basketball, boys’ basketball, co-ed volleyball for a season.

Athletic Association

Provides a positive learning experience for Christian development through a competitive environment which teaches sportsmanship and teamwork while giving our students the opportunity to improve their knowledge of sports and skill levels. The program strives to develop self worth, sportsmanship, discipline, respect for authority, and physical well being.

Coordinator: Leads in organizing and carrying out plans for specific areas during each sports season. Coordinator roles exist in the areas of: volleyball, basketball, track, gym maintenance, concessions, uniform distribution, trophies, banners, and environment.

​

Coach: Participates as a coach for girls’ and/or boys’ in the areas of volleyball, basketball, and track. One meeting per month (1 ½ to 2 hours per month).
